1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
  • Orders placed outside of these hours, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Self-Collection (By Appointment Only) – Free
  • Standard Delivery (2-3 Work Days) – S$50 (excl. GST)

3. International Shipping

  • EPROM DATA SYSTEM offers international shipping.
  • To obtain a shipping quote, please contact us for details regarding shipping costs.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches the destination country. EPROM DATA SYSTEM is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Special Order Items & Processing Time

  • Special order items include licenses and software, and orders to indent items may take a slightly longer period for processing.
  • Estimated shipping timelines are for reference and may be affected by supplier availability, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • EPROM DATA SYSTEM will notify customers of any significant delays and provide updates when available.
  • Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds under our No Refund Policy.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Status

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@eprom.com.sg with your name and order number, and we will follow up accordingly.
