Cloud vs. On-premise – The Dropbox Way

This is a good read on a case study between pure cloud adoption or entire on-premise deployment.  Dropbox, one of the most prominent start-up companies, was confronting a monumental challenge to better manage their data. There were also ‘lightbulb’ situations amid important discoveries in their research when weighing cloud and on-premise requirements.
